Cuisine Initial Brainstorm
To get a rough idea of the cuisines that I could look into, cook and photograph, I started to create an initial brainstorm whilst on my small zoom tutorial on Wednesday as the ideas popped into my head so that I didn't forget. Though these aren't all the possible cuisines I could do, the initial 5 cuisines were some that had been interesting in whilst researching photographers and magazines as well as having some of my favourite foods within the brainstorm that I think I could produce.
Initially, the dishes that I believe I could create as well as photograph are Italian dishes including pasta as I have photographed pasta dishes before, Pizza as I have wanted to make it from scratch again for the longest time and Toad in the hole. I want to be able to have some simple dishes to create as I need to think about time as well as ensuring that the photography could still be effective. I feel as though once my research has built up a lot more and after I have my 1:1 tutorial, I will be able to get a better idea of what I could cook and photograph and create a more in depth brainstorm to help decide the dishes I will be using.
